INNOCENT SPOUSE PRACTICE

120 PAGES - 100 CASES CITED

Representing Delinquent IRS Taxpayers

Innocent Spouse Relief is a practical deskbook providing guidance in establishing the innocent spouse defense for IRS tax liabilities.

The book is a powerful arrow to add to the attorney's quiver of legal remedies for delinquent taxes.

The defense of innocent spouse applies to both husband or wife, depending on the circumstances.

This book explains the law and the practical aspects of this strategy, and includes important exhibits and key case citations.
