REPORT: EXPLOSIVE GROWTH IN BANKRUPTCY PRACTICE

Bankruptcy law is experiencing explosive growth for lawyers practicing in the field. The numbers of consumer bankruptcy filings has skyrocketed since Congress attempted (and failed!) to restrict it in 2005.

Firms have taken a conservative approach to managing expenses, including slowing hiring, attorney and staff layoffs, and even closing offices."
