The program consists of 32 individual one-hour online courses or "modules," which may be taken online or a 6-day on-site attendance course.

Each 1-hour module is available online on an "on-demand" basis; the enrollee may view and complete the module at a time of his/her convenience. The individual 1-hour modules may be taken one at a time, on a pick-and-choose basis; however, to obtain official Academy certification all 30 modules must be completed.
