BANKRUPTCY"
PROGRAM
The King
Bankruptcy Academy offers a
certification
in consumer bankruptcy practice, and an
LLM
degree
in consumer bankruptcy practice. Together, these
two programs constitute the Academy "Learn
Bankruptcy" program.
The program
provides professional educational and CLE resources
for consumer bankruptcy attorneys. The programs
emphasize substantive law and, as well,
skills-based training in case, client, and office
management, marketing, and training.
The resources
offered by The Academy include stand-alone on-site
seminars without exams and courses with exams, as
well as online courses witth exams, leading to
Certification by The Bankruptcy
Academy.
The
Certification program consists of 30 one-hour
sequential sessions in consumer bankruptcy law and
practice. These sessions may be taken "on-demand"
online, with online tests and instant
certification, and also 6-day on-site programs in
major cities in the U.S.
Many of the
classes are also offered as individual onsite
attendance seminars at several major cities in the
U.S.
