SUPREME COURT JUSTICE JOHN PAUL STEVENS
PAYS TRIBUTE TO CARL FINLEY

The Hon. John Paul Stevens, a Justice on the United States Supreme Court, wrote this letter to Nancy Finley on June 29, 2004, following Carl's death.

Referring to Carl, Justice Stevens writes " . . . I was doing legal work for Charlie O. while Carl was doing his best to maintain order in the administrative end of the ball club."
